All complaints will be listened to fairly and the directors will make all reasonable attempts to resolve justifiable complaints as quickly and effectively as is reasonably possible.
We strive to make our students, group leaders, agents and staff experience the best we possibly can. If we have fallen short, please read the complaints policy and we welcome constructive feedback.
If you would like to speak to us in person, it will probably be the easiest and quickest way to resolve a complaint. You can also use the form below and it will be brought to our attention immediately.
